My lovely contributors + friends Tavis and Sophie and I found a Groupon all sailed out into sea about a month ago and I wanted to share a few of our photos. With summertime lingering for far too long here, the end of October was the perfect time to visit. A trip to Catalina is well worth the boat fare if you live in LA or are here for an extended stay – we're thinking of spending Thanksgiving there next year to get just a teeny bit off our usual grid.
My outfit: vintage Ralph Lauren linen shirt, so old it's almost vintage American Eagle skirt, Laredo boots from Dynamite Athens.
Sophie's outfit: Madewell scarf, bodysuit, and shorts.
Tavis' outfit: vintage Key West tee (worn by his grandfather on a Catalina visit decades ago) + windbreaker, Reformation sweatshirt, Need Supply pants.
